Who I am & Disclaimers

Let get off on the right foot.

Hello, I'm Paul Scallan

I'm a father, a Medicare enrollee, and an independent agent who has helped thousands of families across the country find the right plan for their real life. No fees. No pressure. Just straight information, including the parts most people don't find out until it's too late — like lock-in periods and plan exceptions. Medicare changes every year and the fine print matters. I'm here to give you the full picture, before and after enrollment. I enjoy helping low income and isolated seniors. I spoke at Medicarians 2026 in Las, Vegas on how I help using postcards and videos for digitally isolated. I also help other Health Agents with my company Agentzsee.com

Every policyholder has a story — and an inherent dignity.

For millions of seniors, Medicare decisions are complex and overwhelming. The system's fragmentation adds confusion on top of vulnerability. Yet the people we serve are remarkable — resilient, beautiful, made in the image and likeness of God.

I watched clients and family members struggle with that confusion firsthand. Their stories, and the trust they placed in me, are my why.

I appreciate medical teams, agents and agencies who guide, protect, and advocate for them every day.

Because what's at stake for clients is not a transaction. It's a life.

Hello, I'm Paul Scallan and I have helped hundreds of families with Medicare decisions.

Each family has unique considerations, and most Medicare options have rules & exceptions.

Where you live, your health and your personal circumstances all may be a consideration in matching you with the best plan
